Organic Elderberries.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp. elderberries, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
In addition to its use as a wellness tea, elderberry can be used as an ingredient in foods such as in a simple syrup for pancakes, ice cream, popsicles, fruit compote and chutney.
